Buddha's Hand
Golden yellow, and the non-stem end separates and extends into elongated, finger-like segments. The flesh is generally void of juice, seeds, and pulp and only contains a thick and spongy, white pith that bears a sweet flavour. Has a bitter-sweet, bright and floral flavour.

Clementines
The skin clings loosely to its segmented flesh allowing for easy peeling. Its flesh is juicy, superbly sweet and generally seedless.

Yuzu Fruit (Fresh)
Yuzu is highly aromatic, and the rind is rich in essential oils that are released when the fruit’s surface is scratched or cut. The juice and zest have a unique, acidic blend of sour, sweet, and floral flavours mixed with notes of lime, grapefruit, mandarin.

Honey Tangerines
Skin is thin, pale orange with a smooth to pebbled peel that clings to its segmented flesh. The flesh is sweet, bright and juicy but contains seeds.

Kumquats
Unlike citruses, the entire fruit is edible, although the few seeds buried in the flesh are recommended to be removed.

Lemons
Peel is semi-thick, porous and laden with essential oils. The flesh is translucent yellow and juicy when ripe. Its juice is highly acidic and tart. Our most commonly inventoried size is the 115. However smaller or larger Lemons are also available.

Lemons, Meyer
Highly fragrant; the rinds are full of volatile oils. Their pulp is low in acid, aromatic, floral and sweet. Meyer lemons are only moderately seedy.

The Lemonquat is a hybrid between a Meyer Lemon and a Kumquat.

Green, thin, and porous peel, which, when zested releases floral aromatics. Flesh is a pale green colour, fragrant, juicy and tart with a sour bite. We typically carry a size 42 Lime.

Oranges, Blood
Tend to have bright orange skin which is often tinged with a deep red blush. The pith is a stark pale colour compared to the intense maroon colour of the flesh.

Oranges, Minneolas
Pronounced neck at the stem end. Rind is red-orange and easy to peel since it is relatively thin. The flesh is orange and has few seeds.

Rough, thick and bumpy peel. Sour, tart, sometimes bitter and laden with seeds. Common used to make marmalade. Enriched into elements of depth.

Pomelos
The largest of all citrus fruits, the pomelo is slightly round or pear-shaped. Greenish to yellow to pinkish, it's wrapped in a very thick skin and may be five to ten inches in diameter. The pulp may be rich pink, pale pink, light yellow or whitish and varies in taste from one variety to another. It may be juicy or a bit dry, acidic to sweet and seedy to nearly seedless.

Sunburst Tangerines
Skin is brilliant dark orange, smooth, fairly thin, and like most tangerines, easy to remove. The flesh has few seeds and a lot of juice and some acid.
