Graffiti Eggplant
Small and teardrop in shape. The outer skin is shiny, thin, and smooth and is striped with violet with ivory white. The inner flesh is cream to pale white and has small, edible seeds.

Italian (Baby) Eggplant
Characterized by their size, shape and colouring. At maturity these small eggplant range from four to seven inches in length.

Oriental (Long) Eggplant
Recognizable by their long, thin shape and unique violet colouring. Mildest flavour of all eggplant varieties.

Characterized by a rotund shape and distinctive light purple colour. Their skin is tender and thin and the flesh feels firm to the touch.
